I received a call from a neighbor that I have not met, he got my number from the posted signs surrounding my 95 acre property. He asked if I had given Embro Hunting Club permission to hunt my land because he witnessed them take two deer from my property today, 11 DEC 2021. I am beyond fed up with trespassers and Warren County hunting clubs who refuse to follow the law, much less the days I spent to hang no trespassing signs. If anyone knows who I can contact in the Embro Hunting Club to launch a complaint, please call me at 571-232-0071. My name is Dan Henderson. Thank you.

Warren County has become a hot bed of activity as other nearby counties get closer to regulating this activity more. We need all those impacted by the rogue members of this activity to be very vocal with state legislators and wildlife commissioners.
They track complaints, and a year with fewer issues or complaints reported (even if there were not fewer issues) will be used as propaganda by the deer dog lobby, and as a reason for inaction by the politicians.
Agree whole heartedly and will lodge a complaint. An additional problem, from discussing the issue with the same neighbor, revealed that often pursuing trespassing charges will be dismissed by the county DA and the wildlife officer has even accused/ threatened some landowners with a citation for “harassing hunters”. It’s a shame that we have laws but individuals with authority who are unwilling to enforce them.
